Any sin that is sincerely repented can be forgiven. Therefore an unforgivable sin would have to be an unrepentable sin. Repentence is a grace. Without the grace of God, which comes to us through the Holy Spirit, we can do nothing spiritual. Therefore the sin of absolute rejection of the Holy Spirit from our lives - what Scripture calls "blaspheming the Holy Spirit" - is unforgiveable because in excluding the Holy Spirit from our lives we cut ourselves off from the grace of repentence, which otherwise might have led us to seek and receive forgiveness.

Yes, read the Story of Ananais and Sapphira in Acts Chapter 5. They were condemned to the 2nd death, eternal destruction for lying against the Holy Spirit. The 2nd death is also explained in Revelation 20:14-15, when everyone NOT found in The Book of Life is destroyed Eternally by being thrown into the Lake of Fire, or AGAIN, the 2nd Death. THIS DOES NOT MEAN HELLFIRE, it means destruction, something that Fire is good at representing. God is not so unjust as to punish someone FOREVER for one mistake. Simply being destroyed forever, will be much like simply before you were born, you will simply know nothing.

The 2(TWO) UNFORGIVABLE SINS are Blaspheming against the Holy Ghost and MURDER.
The Following shows why murder is also one of the 2(TWO) unforgivable sins. And the verses are pertaining to war, but innocent blood.
Matt 5:21 ¶ Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:
Lev 24:17 ¶ And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death.
Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
For those that say murder can be forgiven I would like to ask how they can make recompense for taking someone's life? Can they bring that person back to life? Like the following verses say must be done.
Lev. 6:4 Then it shall be, because he hath sinned, and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he took violently away, or the thing which he hath deceitfully gotten, or that which was delivered him to keep, or the lost thing which he found,
5 Or all that about which he hath sworn falsely; he shall even restore it in the principal, and shall add the fifth part more thereto, and give it unto him to whom it appertaineth, in the day of his trespass offering.
Here is another verse that says we must restore what has been robbed. How can you restore a life that you have robbed?
Ezek. 33:15 If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.
16 None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live.
Numbers 5:7 Then they shall confess their sin which they have done: and he shall recompense his trespass with the principal thereof, and add unto it the fifth part thereof, and give it unto him against whom he hath trespassed.

"Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come."—(Matt. 12:31–32)
According to the Bible, it is the sin against the Holy Ghost. There are many people who rejected Jesus Christ because of ignorance. They were lovers of the light, but ignorant of it. This is pardonable, even in the afterlife, for God is full of mercy. The others who rejected Jesus were those were haters of the light. They were not ignorant of Jesus, but hated the spirit that His teachings brought. They essentially hated and sinned against the Holy Ghost, which they utterly rejected. These are unpardonable and must therefore be eternally remote from God.

The unforgivable sin or blaspheme against the Holy Spirit can only be done by God’s elect when they are delivered up for a testimony.
Matt.12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
Mark 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
Luke 12:10 And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
Luke 12:11 And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:
Luke 12:12 For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
Mark 13:11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
Luke 21:12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
Luke 21:13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.
Luke 21:14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:
Luke 21:15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
The unforgivable sin will not happen because that God’s elect cannot wait for the opportunity, adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit of God - that is denouncing Him as God - choosing not to believe who He is and rejecting Him.
