If I get the bored tired feeling, or have a long day and still need to keep going. Taking a shower, makes me think I just woke up and getting ready for a new day. I can go for another 5 hours easy.

Cold showers can help me to stay awake. Hot showers are relaxing and help me to go to sleep.
God bless.

was kind of tired just now -- so I went in the kitchen got a wash rag soaked it in cold water and put it on my face also let my hands run under the cold water for a couple of seconds -- I woke up a bit -- I suppose if i took a shower I'd feel more refreshed..

If you get your whole head under the water and keep the water onthe cool side yes. Swimming can help me wake up too- in the summer.
