a lot of it comes out of the confidence and attitude that a women has. someone that isn't a 10 or what ever you want to call it. Can still be very appealling to a man if they carry them selves well. If you feel ugly and unsexy we pick up on that, and a man that is looking for a relashionship or something else for that matter. Is going to not be as receptive. i'm not saying be slutty or bitchy. But friendly and confident. Dress to flatter, and know that you are worth whom ever's time that you are around.

Fine: Someone with some qualities that would interest me (such as a smile or the way she walks and talks)
Pretty:This is in the face. You can have a 'fine' body, but still have a face like a train wreck.
Sexy:This is totally an attitude. You CAN be sexy AND not have a perfect body or less than perfect face.
*notice how I didnt say UGLY? I think many agree that there is no such thing as ugly, and even the 'worst looking woman' can either be made to be beautiful with self confidence and a make over or has someone out there the says they ARE the most beautiful*

fine: is a normal lookin girl, very casual and very normal.
pretty: a girl with a good face, nice eyes, nice hair nice face structure after all.
sexy: is a gurl with curves, nice booty, nice boobs, and the her body is very smooth and soft.

Sometimes sexy isn't how you look, alot of the times it's how you carry yourself. So I believe it is possible.

I think it's all in the way you present your personality!!! It's also in the eyes you can look into someone's and tell a lot about that person... If you have confidence in yourself it can bring you a long way.
