I met a trucker on the internet about 6 months ago and so far he keeps contact with me on the phone (text message/calls) almost every day. He came to see me once and I'm totally got the hots for him. Needly to say I think I'm falling. I really like this guy and don't have a problem with him being on the road all the time. I know the negative hear say about truck drivers, but for some reason I think different about him. My mind say no and my heart say yes. What's common sense here? Anyone with the same experience out there?

Since you already met him and you got the good vibe..go ahead follow your heart.
I had a trucker once. He was really, really nice & spent money on me. But his being on the road alot was the factor in my decision not to fall for him. Plus he drank and had a beer belly!!

I think you should know him better. What do you know about him? A girl at every stop?
Being on the road all the time is not so. I went out with a trucker. They do stop. They do have homes. Where does he live? How old is he? Is he interstate or over the road? Man, girl you have to be careful.
You can find a trucker right in your own back yard and ask them about working and being a truck driver and what it entails and what the guys are like.
Just just just be careful.. I would not follow your heart, temptation, I would follow your mind.

Ok. I'd listen to your head and proceed with caution. Why? Because he could have a wife somewhere...could be a serial killer, etc. Dating is very important. Date him. Have him spend time with you and money. Texting is just fun. The beginning of relationships is always good. They go down hill once you get the whole story. Look...he could be the greatest thing in the world...for lots of women. BE CAREFUL.

Hey, you're old enough to get involved with all this--make up your own mind---but don't blame anyone else if it goes all wrong. You really fell for an accomplished man who probably has charmed the pants off of lots of girls all over the country---who do you think he visits on his other days on the road. ----but you go ahead and decide for yourself.

Doubt means don't. I'd say just be friends with this guy, really get to know him as a person BEFORE you start to have a relationship with him, cuz then it will save you a lot of tears and heartache this way:)

i never dated a truck driver, but the way i see it is they are trying to make a living like everyone else. go for it.
