No, not at all. We are now over 2000 years after the birth. We had a thousand years in the middle that had almost no record keeping. I figure any day of 365 is good enough to celebrate.
Here in the USA we celebrate the 4th of July as our Independence Day; it should be in September for the anniversary of when the war really ended at Yorktown, Virginia.

How do know that Jesus wasn't born on Dec 25? Since we don't know Jesus' birthday there is a non-zero probability that it really is Dec 25. Does it matter? Nope.
It's like the Sabbath -- God rested on the 7th day, was that really Sunday? (Or Saturday if you're a Jew?) Dunno. Does it matter. Not at all at all.

No, it doesn't matter at all. There is no actual proof as to the exact day Jesus was born. What matters is the fact that we care enough set aside a day to honor His birth.

Not to me i think it funny Christians are pagan by their deeds. However the bible condemns the celebration of pagan traditions in the name of God and Jesus.
The true question is does it matter to you what the bible says and what Jesus wants?

Of course it matters to me b/c of the simple fact of knowing the truth. I don't make a big deal about it b/c Jesus is too big to be celebrated only on one day. His b-day should be celebrated every day and all the time regardless of our traditional holidays.

No, it does not make a big difference to me.
My birthday is October 22. But, my identity number was someone born in December, such that my peers borned in November had earlier numbers than mine!
I was told that i was prematurely born, and i have no idea why my mother delayed in registering my birth. (hmm...)
They could even have forgotten which exact date i was born in!

It doesn't bother me at all, but if this date was supposed to be commemorated, wouldn't it be included in the bible along with other historic events such as the passover or Lord's evening meal.

Nope. I know He was born - don't know the exact date - but He was born. That is all that matters to me. Praise be to God.
