Obviously, he likes her. I would just accept it and start looking for someone else. You would not want to do anything to ruin a good friendship with your BFF.

well, you cant force someone to like you but heres my advice;
ask your best friend if she's interested in him and if she's not, then you can go for him! and if she likes him, leave him alone. i mean, she's your best friend and if you want her to be happy, you should just leave her alone.
