windows for some strange reason is looking for a computer program that was never fully installed.if you can find or figure out
the program it is looking for great-actually let it run it's course once it may actually tell you what program it is looking for and then you can decide from there

Do you have word installed on your computer? If you don't try going to add/remove programs to see maybe delete it if you are not using it. Also try to run a system check. Go to my computer and right click on your main hard drive and select properties. You will find it in there.

That could mean that your words processor version does not support image and need to have that function added to it. Try importing an image to see if it work.

you need to have service on the computer
