Most likely yes. Dog can get a lot of diseases that humans can get including colds, ear infections, skin alergies, and cancer. Many times a lot of the same medications for those diseases that are used for humans also work with dogs (but I would ALWAYS check with a veterinarian before using Tylenal or Asprirn or something on a dog). The only big difference is that chocolate is poisonous to dogs and fine for humans. So, I think your dog probably could get pink eye, after all, pink eye is often cause when a cold virus gets into your eye and dogs can get colds.

No. I had pink eye a couple months ago and was quarantined from work for 3 days. I spent most of the time laying on my bed with my pitbull and he never caught it.

they get pink eye but not from humans and it is a different type of pink eye... so your answer is no... you dog can't catch a cold from you or the chicken pox either, or the flu... your all safe.

Considering where dogs put their faces, I would be more worried about BROWN eye.
