Try booting to "Last known good configuration" by pressing F8 during Boot. If that doesn't work then try to boot into Safe Mode by selecting it after pressing F8 during boot (keep pressing F8 when you see the splash screen). If you are able to boot into Last known config then that should fix it. If not then Safe Mode should work and it is more than likely a Driver that is corrupted. You can then run MSCONFIG from the Start-> Run and then start by disabling all services and startup programs. Reboot and see if it works. If it does then you can systematically re-enable a couple at a time to find the culprit. If safe mode doesn't work then you will probably have to Restore or Re-install your OS. Hope this helps...

Several things. Try this first. Turn on your computer and hold down F8 , choose start in safe mode, from there go to my computer and right click and choose to do a system check , make sure both check boxes are checked. You have to restart to start the scan. Might take a few hours to complete. Computer should be good to go after that. Make sure you a running a good anti virus and firewall software.

Hi
I assume you sent this question via another pc or laptop. Ok, what is happening is that windows is trying to load a file that its either not working or has been deleted. Now this is mostly either a virus , spyware or bad hardware. Now lets try this , open IE and go to the tab that says TOOLS and select internet options , once the new windows comes up , go to the last taba and at the bottom it should say restore defaults , hit and if a new windows comes up just click yes, the go to the programs tab , and at the bottom says , RESET WEB SETTING , hit that one and if a new widow comes up , just click OK , now save everything and close IE , and try to open it again ok

I agree with the other answers, however frequently this is the result of system files being deleted when attempting to resolve the home page issue you mentioned. Worst case you may have to reinstall the operating system. Hopefully you have a set of disks which wil reinstall without deleting the contents of the hard drive, although this is not always the case with the packaged systems.

Yeah that's enormously superb. I in basic terms offered a ps3 (40gb) and gta 4 immediately (i offered the console for this sport). here is how this breaks down: a million) signed into on line, open gta 4, freeze 2a) do no longer sign into on line, open gta4, nice -- yet then 2b) verify in out of your cell telephone, freeze entire console

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
