I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. But if it's really bothering you, try doing crunches, sit ups, and various other excercises that would affect your abdominal muscles. But really honey, you don't need to lose weight. Trust me. I'm 14, 5'2", and I'm about 105 pounds. You have nothing to worry about. Please don't starve yourself over it or anything.

You're not overweight. Cripes. I'm 5'4" and 108 and I'm several pounds underweight. Whoever told you that you are overweight LIED to you. Good grief, don't believe all the people who put you down because 99.9% of them are lying to screw you up. You are so not overweight.
You're only 13, it's normal to have a little fat. I would have gone through great measures to have "a little belly fat" at 13. I'm 22 now and I can tell you kids are cruel at your age. They call you names if you are skinny, medium sized, or fat. It's called jealousy. Someone is jealous of you if they insult you based on your weight or looks. Just ignore them and feel good that someone wishes they were you.

You don't sound like you need to lose weight, it sounds like you want to lose fat and build muscle giving a flat belly. Just eat low fat for a few weeks and do lots of situps, crunches and leg lifts. If you do this right you should remain between 105 and 108. Just please be healthy about this. Wanting to trim fat is not bad, but at your low weight losing weight is an unecessary risk to your health.

you are 13, i think it's normal at your age to have a little "belly fat". you can try crunches or some of the other suggestions people have offered, but you're so young. have a little fun and don't worry about your weight.

A lot of 'stomach bulge' is not fat, but a result of food residue, built-up from eating refined foods, which have had their fiber removed. Without fiber, the body can't effectively move it on out. So I suggest you cut refined foods out of your diet, but not healthy calories. You don't want to make yourself sick by dieting, or worse!

You have what is called baby fat. If you still have it in your late teens then that is the time to start looking at ways to get rid of it.
