The presents are two jackets
one has a hood but is kind of thick (I like thin jackets)
the other has no hood but is thin
They both got it for me as a gift from the heart, what should I do!?

You could tell them the honest truth that you have to make a choice. Or you return the one and not say anything to anyone about the jacket. If questions about the returned jacket come up just say that it did not fit correctly, tell the truth, or change the subject. Tell the sisters that you enjoyed the gifts and that they are both nice though!(:

The gifts belong to you, so you are free to do with them as you wish. You could keep one and give one away, keep them both, give both away, whatever. If your sisters find out that the gifts are very similar one of them may offer to return it and get another gift. If I were you I would probably keep both jackets and wear each of them occasionally when you see the sister who gave it to you, so she can see that you like the gift.

Save the thin one for mild spring days; use the thick one for chillier days. Having a jacket for both occasions can really come in handy.

If you get along well with both sisters, tell them the truth. Tell them what you like about each jacket, and how you wish it were. Then, see if they may allow you to return both items, and get one that you truly feel fabulous wearing. Then wear it for both of them, and tell them how excited you are by their kindness and generosity!

if they are identical then I would talk to the sister who gave you the thick one and ask her that even though u loved the jacket, you already have one like that and you would like to exchange it for something else. I'm sure she wont mind.

Then, if you are the negligent type: keep both since you are soon going to lose one.
Or, if your sisterS are understanding enough, decide which one to keep and exchange the other for something of your liking.

take the thick one put it in the closet till the birthday
of the sis that gave you the thin one.
Then tell the thick coat sis you loved it so much...you
wanted to share with your other sis.

use the thin one on warmer days, and the thicker one on colder days.Or you can take them both back and tell your sisters that they didn't fit.......They bought for you with love ......
