I just got done with football during my freshman year at college. I'm 6'2" 220lbs, and usually within 20 minutes of a workout/practice, my clothes are saturated with sweat and am dripping from my shorts. I oftentimes have to stop in the middle of a drill to go throw up several times and it was really hard to get through practices.
If i eat anything within 3 hours it will most likely be thrown up, but if i dont eat anything i will dry heave or feel too hungry or tired.
It's really frustrating, seeing that i'm in pretty good shape and workout more than the other players, but i oftentimes can't complete the drills because i'm throwing up in a pool of my own sweat.
Is my sweating leading to throwing up and fatigue? Is there any way to stop excessivly sweating (other than hydrating which i always do)? Would not sweating as much decrease my fatigue? help me out...

You can ask your doctor about prescription chemicals that you can apply at night to help control your sweating. There is also a product for underarm perspiration called "Certain Dri" just stop by your local Walgreens and ask about it. It is highly possible that your body is breaking down due to overexertion. You could try resting more, doing some activities that are healthful but not strenuous, and eating foods that contain lots of vitamins. There is a product called "Emergen-C" that my aunt absolutely swears by. It's a flavored powder that you put in your water and it contains tons of essential vitamins and minerals. It is also quite likely that you are sick, depending on how long this has been continuing for. It would be wise for you to ask a doctor about the vomiting. The sweating won't hurt you, but if you find yourself unable to eat and vomiting up precious vitamins and energy then that needs to be taken care of ASAP. Sorry that I can't help you more...

I use to sweat alot during practice to and i was told some people just swat more and that there are some medical treatments that can help you with ezcesive sweating. But about throwing up maybe your eating alot of junk food or to much sugar, best thing to do is talk to a doctor. You can probably take some sort of pill for both things.

You should tell your coach about that you puked during practice. And I suggest you to take a break instead of going to football practices. If you need practice and they're not gonna make another practice, just practice yourself. Ask your teammate to join in with you. Drink water daily too, it should make your cells feel better because of course, cells need water! But yeah, tell your coach about that and you need some break till you feel better.

you've a high metabolism rate that results in rapid respiration (sweating) because ur body is burning more food for energy. i've same troubles too. may i ask if u do eat a proper meal before ur drills start or u didn't. if u skip meals or dun prepare sufficient energy for a vigorous activity to start, ur body'll show signs of rejecting food later. and it'll harm ur health too causing adverse effects to ur digestive system. take care.

It could be a stomach problem, it could be a hormone problem, It could be just about anything. To me it sounds like a testosterone rush caused by the workout. Go see a Dr. Your symptoms are extreme.
