I was wondering if their is some type of chart I can get on the internet that basicly tells you how long to work out for when eating a certain amount carbs; or how much should your daily intake of carbs be?

There are two kinds of carbs: complex which is healthy and good for you, and simple which is not so healthy and might cause health problems when consumed in large quantities. Whole grain, fruits and vegetables contain a lot of the complex carohydrates. Check this nutrition site for more information:

Try the South Beach Diet.

It's a low-carb diet, but some carbs are ok. You also gradually increase carb intake as the diet progresses.

A chart can be found online (sorry I don't have the link handy) or for about $10 a South Beach Diet Guide can be purchased at your local bookstore.

I don't know of any charts, but on average for a female who is trying to stay lean, 100-150 carbs a day is good.
