Yes.
But that is not a Christian. What you mean is a unbeliever in my church or community. No person is at liberty to define for themselves what aChristian is, it is defined for us in the bible. Just like no muslim is in truth allowed to change or define what is a muslim, it i sdefined by him by the text, not feelings or opinion.
Only liberals think the way you do.
If a person is a Christian they are a Christian, if a terrorist then a terrorist. Being a Christina means Christ covers you and is your Lord. If you do not obey him then you are not his servant. If a person lies and goes about saying he is the servant of Jesus when he is not, the thing you do is compare him to the teachings of Christ.

YES, I would. First of all they would not be a fellow Christian if they were a part of a terrorist group (in my opinion) because I would consider them a terrorist, NOT a Christian. A true Christian follows the WORD of GOD not a group of terrorists bent on harming others. GOD would judge them in the end but I would see to it that man judged them first! Have a great week!!

Christian means "Christ like," someone who lives their life like Christ, so a true Christian can't be a terrorist. If I knew for sure that someone pretending to be a Christian was actually a terrorist I would give the proof I had to the police. I hope you would too.

It is not possible for the person to be genuinely Christian and a terrorist. It flies in the face of what Jesus taught. And yes they should be reported to the authorities.

If he were a terrorist then He would not be a true Christian in heart. We must all be accountable for wrong doings. Being a Christian does not make you exempt. (Christian)

I would turn them in, not really worrying who or what they worship. If they attack or murder or threaten innocent people or anyone at that should not go free.
