There's this guy and last year we went out for like a year but then I broke up with him and the next day I relized it was a bad mistake so I asked him back out but he said no. He and his girlfriend just broke up and when we go back to school I was thinking of asking him back out but i don't no if i should and if i do i don't no if i should wait and see what he does or go ahead and ask him?

Don't ask him out the cats gotta chase the mouse sure ask him if he wouldn't mind being friends with you then just let things evolve if it's ment to be it will be. I kno it's easier said than done but, iether you're ment to be or your not. so take what you can get even if it is just friendship at first and if you come to find that the two of you don't have a chance at all then it's time to cut your losses let go and move on. best of luck to ya tho.

why don't you speak openly with him about it if you feel comfortable doing it. otherwise try to be friends. that should be a good beginning.
