This depends on the type, weight, age, physical condition, environment. There are many websites that have calculators. This is the one I like best.

The answers vary for different people, but I've heard it said that the first 2 years are 7 years each, and 4 years each consecutive year. If that is the real method, your dog would be 30 years old in human years.
