If you were teaching a monkey sign language, you would probably be using federal funds to do that. So, if you taught it the Bible, someone would get a restraining order against you. So, do you ignore the restraining order and go to jail, while the monkey might or might not go to heaven?

A monkey does not be able to appreciate. they don't understand the version between good and incorrect. they don't have souls. To them that's basically mimicry. i do not trust, besides the indisputable fact that, that animals are destined to easily... die. Animals are an important element of God's introduction, or maybe although i won't be able to say for confident, i trust that animals will be in Heaven. The Bible mentions animals numerous circumstances in words of end circumstances (i.e., "The Lion will lay down with the Lamb").

I see no reason why not. As long as the monkey was intelligent enough to repent his sins and accept Jesus as his savior. I mean many monkeys out there believe there is no God, we just call them atheists. For all intents and purposes they walk talk and act like normal people, however it is just an elaborate disguise.

Though animals can be very intelligent they do not posse a spirit. They have souls which is the intellect, mind will etc, but man was the only creation made in Gods image and the Bible says that God is a Spirit. So we are spirit beings

No. Reading and even understanding the bible does not save a person. Even the demons believe the bible. Sincerly turn to Jesus to save you and you are promised eternal life(john3:16) Only human beings can do this .
