Broccoli, mushrooms, onions, bok choy, carrots, bamboo shoots, and sliced water chestnuts

I use bean sprouts, green pepper, green onions, chicken or pork,
a green, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, sliced or diced water
chestnuts. And for my sauce... soy sauce or tamari, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. But I don't put the sauce mixture in
until all the veggies and meat are ready to come out of the
frying pan or wok.

I like broccoli, peppers (any color mixed together to make it look pretty), onions, garlic.

Or, different colored string beans with different colored peepers, carrots onions garlic
