how do i????????????????

how do i dowload sims and get them to show up in my game when i clikc save to documents then EA games the the sims 2 it doesnt show a dowlads file.....can someone PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!! and FAST PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
