Oh dear child you shouldn't even be worried about losing weight. Your metabolism is faster than a speeding bullet so to speak!
Listen hun your at a good weight. If your trying to look like someone on television or some pop singer icon then I must tell you , it will never happen. My words to you may be harsh but at this point and time you need to hear this/read this!
Stop this nonsense and maintain your weight not stop eating! I can tell you this... working out and not eating for a week will land your butt in the hospital!
If that is place you'd like to stay for a while then go right ahead sweetie, you'll regret it!
Don't start this road dear it will and can also land your tush at the morgue! Don't do that to your parents, family & friends because you think you need to weigh 1 oz!
You should be smarter than that dear child!!
Ps talk to your parents hun cause you've got a problem that is serious. This isn't healthy!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Not eating for a week will not cause you to lose anything but fluid.
Your body goes into starvation mode and will save any fat you have stored and use a little at a time. Also, your muscles waste away before the fat does.
If you lose weight it will be fluid anyway.
If you have 6 hrs a day to exercise, you need to seriously look at why you want to lose weight. Not knowing how tall you are, you may actually be underweight.

you may not permanenently lose ANY. Your body will go into "starvation defense" mode, and stop burning many calories, because it thinks it has to survive until food is found again. Then when you resume eating, your body will return to its "set point" or what it's gotten used to weighing. The only way to lose weight for good is slowly, and with exercise added. Then it will change your set point to your new lower weight!

you will only likely lose 2 pounds of fat if that....mostly you will lose muscle which you need to maintain a healthy metabolism and a lot of water....It is not worth it so keep eating a healthy diet and working out for a reasonable amount of time.....1 hour is certainly enough time to exercise every day

do not not eat. it causes your body more damage. the most effective way of "showing weight loss" is toning up by building muscle to burn more fat. but, eat right with moderate exercise and you will lose.

Please don't be silly, you're going to feel very ill, / fainting/ dizzy/ weak/ dehydrated. You may end up in hospital or dead.
There are many healthy ways to lose weight, why don't you consult your Dr and he/she can refer you to the right person.
Please don't be silly, think of you family and friends, they love you for who you are, not what you look like.
Talk to your mum or a close relative , tell her/him how you feel and ask her/him to take you to see a DR.
Good luck

Please do not do that to yourself. The most healthy way of losing pounds is only 2 pounds per week. It is recommended to have up to 2 hrs of exercise per day.
