Do I take a shower before it, or do I just spray it in my hair? What kind of hair spray works best for you?

use hair spray after styling your hair. and maybe a bit to hold down any fizzies your hair has. Try to use as little as possible since it can lead to making your hair look greasy. And get hair spray that does not have alcohol in it. the alcohol will dry out and damage your hair. Also i would recommend a pump bottle rather than aerosal. It is better for the enviroment and it seems to have less static. i like to use spray gel. If you take a shower before you style and spray your hair at the end of the day your hair will be a lot less greasy.

Hairspray is mainly used when you have a style you want to preserve, like after you curled your hair or made it as poofy as you wanted it. Use it when your hair is dry. The best ones are probably the salon kinds, but I've also found Tresme and Paul Mitchell to work. Ask your hairdresser or a friend what they recommend too.

Only after youve done your hair or u like the natural look and want to spray it like that. But dont do it too often, trust me

I use dove. if you have straight hair and you have trouble with fly aways, spray the hairspry on the brush and then brush your hair. it will keep the fly aways down without making a helmet out of your hair!

its used to hold your hair in place! so best to spray it when you've finished styling it!! i love using it to add extra volume when my hairs down. ive recently just started using it and im in love! i always use loriel hairspray in my advice its the best and its what all the stylists use! (=

suave works well and doesn't cost much.
Use it after your hair is clean and dry.
Style it how you want it then spray it on.
