10 months ago we ran into eachother and we hit it off.I was still bitter about catching my ex of a few years cheating,he listend and understood(they r mutual freinds)he drove me home that night and i invited him to stay,i asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,i asked him to put his arm around me,he did till i slept,things were awkward when he left the next morning,a mutual freind told me he liked me but was freaked about my ex(who was trying to get me back)i ran into him again 2 months later and he came to me and said"your killing me"my ex was also there and upset that we liked eachother.I sent him a text a couple weeks later and he never replied.6 months later i saw him again at a party,when he walked in he saw me and looked away quick.What did i do to him for him to not acknowledge me?

he is also freinds with my brother and called my bro after that first night to apologize and swearing that nothing had happened.and that he did not make any moves.my brother says he is scared.Scared of what?

Wow...that really is a mess there are "codes" among guys and two huge ones are involved here. You are not supposed to date a friends girl (broken up or not) unless he specifically gives the go ahead. And you are not supposed to date a friends sibling. You said your ex was there 2 months later....that alone told him to back off. He is probably afraid you gave people "the wrong idea." Including your brother. Leave this one alone, it can cause nothing but trouble.
