I saw them... and now I cant even look at him the same way.... how do I cope.. I definitly dont want to tell him..

Don't worry about it. Looking at nude pics of your dad is no big deal unless they were more than nude pics. However, I'm concerned about how you found the pics. Did he leave them in a place that you could easily find them or did you invade his privacy? If he left them for you to find, then maybe you need to have a talk with him otherwise i wouldn't say anything to him.

Naked or clothed he is the same person. It is more that you are not accostomed to seeing him without clothing so it comes as a surprise to you to see his naked self even if it is just in pictures. So, keep in mind he has seen you naked too (albeit maybe not sinc eyou were a baby) and just relax about the whole thing. There is nothing wrong with guys seeing each other naked and under our clothes we all haver essentially the same stuff anyway. Unfortunately nudity is not as socially acceptable between fathers and sons as it shoudl be else you guys would have had many good bonding experiences camping or skinny dipping or just showering at the local Y after swimming or working out.
So, maybe instead of freakign out or worryiong about tellign him you saw pictures of him nude, you shoudl be more concerned with why you two are so out of touch you are not doing more things together.
