My aunty is a psychiatric nurse in the army, her job never leaves her. when she comes home she analyses everything we say or do.

This morning i came downstairs and yawned...she fired questions at me like "are you having trouble at work?" bad dreams? and stuff like that...i had just woken up, so i yawned! or am i the ONLY person in the world that wakes up and yawns???

She gets right on my nerves!!! i cant spend more than half an hour with her because she questions me about everything!

Does anybody else have relatives like this???

I think your Aunt needs to see her own Psych doctor. They say some psychiatric doctors and or nurses need help because they deal with this day in and day out and cannot "leave it at the office" so to speak.
Nurses are the worse, because they think they know as much or more than a doctor.

Tell her straight out, that you do not like the way she speaks to you and that you are not one of her patients. That you love her and do not wish to hurt her feelings, but if she continues to treat you as she is doing, you will have to report her to her Staff Sargent and or write a letter to her Captain, Commanding Officer and she will be brought up on Mast.
Mast is a face to face with the Commanding Officer.
The military does not like it, when military personnel treat a member of their family with physical abuse or mental torture. This is serious, this is not at all funny and you better put a stop to it.
Call the base, and ask for her Commanding Officer's name.

people oftentimes may be annoying, particularly while they're rubbed the incorrect way or are depressed. we are all in basic terms attempting to stay sane. If somebody isn't annoying in some way, then deliver them to heaven, they could be a real saint. Even pets can do insane issues, and we snigger at them. additionally, screaming on the remarkable of the lungs releases pent up capability which, if stored interior, is undesirable. i think of exercising enables too. Your Aunt is reacting to all of her hurts, and remembering and feeling all of the discomfort that the incident provoked. she isn't in basic terms reacting to a minimum of one ingredient. yet probably hundreds. So do no longer think of that she is insane. it somewhat is probably healthful that she screams, and gets it out of her gadget. you're no longer on my own, actual all people loves you although they do no longer lots convey it. call somebody supportive instead of writing in this computing device. tell your Aunt which you're looking after her.

I'm similar to your aunt however, I never speak on what i assume and what i think i know because of what i learned in college. It is very uncomfortable and even intimidating for some to be around a person in the field of psychology. But it does help to keep my boyfriend on his tippy toes lol.

That is NOT what a person in psycology or psychiatry is supposed to do. That is just 'showing off', and not very professional. It is also against the code of ethics to 'analyze' or 'treat' a relative. She's just being an annoying idiot.
