Happy Holidays!

I suggest that you go to your local drug store or beauty store and ask the sales person for a foot sea salt scrub & pumice stone for your feet. Once he/she show you that isle also look for mint feet balm.

Using these items are somewhat the items that are used when getting pedicures. These items will first slough off the dead skin which is something you want to do and also the mint feet balm will condition the feet/heels.

This at home spa for your feet will do wonders and also get your feet all happy go lucky for the summer coming up!!

Use the mint balm every day and night on your feet/heels keep them conditioned.

I hope that this helps!! By the way purchasing your own do it yourself at home spa essentials is super because when you think about it your saving hundreds of dollars year!!

Good luck!!

Damn. I forget the name but it is excellent for cracked heels and feet. I think it's call Kurasol or Curasol. You can buy it over the counter. I swear by this product that it works because I've actually used it and I was pleased with the results.

I had this problem myself - now my feet are as soft as a baby's behind.....
First thing, wear socks and sneakers as much as possible. This really helps soften your feet. (never go barefoot) Next, soak your feet everynight for 10 minutes or so before bed. Rub eucerin cream on them and put socks on. Remove in the morning. Once a week soak your feet longer (about 20 - 30 min) then very gently rub your heels with a pumice stone. Apply lotion and socks. Please do not scrub too hard or too much with the pumice stone. Raw feet are very hard to walk with. (I know)
This should only take a few weeks...

The best way to cure dry, cracked feet is Castor Oil.
After bathing, massage the castor oil into the skin and cover with thick cotton socks.
Do this everynight for a week. You won't believe the difference.

Do the same thing at home that they do in a spa. You can buy everything you need at a beauty supply store. main thing is to scrap off dead skin after you have soaked your feet until the cracked part is soft.

Put some healing lotion on your heels before you go to bed. Sleep with socks on so you don't rub all the lotion all over your bed. Try something like Udder Balm, it's supposed to be really good for healing cracked skin.

Peppermint lotion works great once heels have been exfoliated. You might want to try that. It smells great also....cool aromatherapy. Kerasil works wonders on dry, cracked feet.
