I suppose its bullemia. Or when someone drinks to much and vommits at the end of the night. How long does it take for your body to consume what it intakes? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I understand it is very dangerous and this is a bizzare question but i heard that the body absorbs the calories and nutrients it intakes immediately. So therefore it makes me wonder why bullemics lose weigh if that fact is true. If that is true then bullemics do not lose weight by vommiting afterwards.

Digestion of food starts in the mouth and continues right through the digestive system. If food is vomited soon after it enters the stomach then veruy few of the calories it contains will have been absorbed. Thats why bulimics lose weight.
Some foods are absorbed into the body through the mucous membranes of the mouth (such as glucose, thats why diabetics with low blood sugar suck a glucose tablet..instant " energy" or blood sugar). Meat and complex carbs stay in teh stomach longer and digestion od those continues right thru the body. Fats are not digested in the stomach, the bile from the gall bladder starts digesting those after they leave the stomach.
A lot of info but I hope it gives the info you wanted;

Your body can absorb alcohol in your mouth before it ever gets to your stomach. However, your food is digested by gastric juices that are mixed inside your stomach, then processed and absorbed as it moves through your intestines. So, yes, and no. If someone vomits shortly after consuming a meal, I would think that most of the calories will be expelled. However, the gastric acids can erode you esophagus and rot your teeth; you will upset your electrolyte level and you could damage major organs in your body..this is why bulimia is so dangerous (not to mention the mental damage). This whole syndrome is about "control" more than about "calories". I hope this will help you understand. Thanks for asking this question that might help others. Godloveya!

even the stuff that comes out the other end contains calories that the body was unable to extract so food you sick up contains a lot more of the calories as it hasn't traveled the full length of your digestive tract we wouldn't have such a long and complicated way of extracting nutrients from our food if we didn't need it.
think of a mummy bird feeding a baby bird by regurgitating food the food still contains most of it's calories and nutrients it's just broken down a bit to make it easier to digest

In ancient Rome, Roman kings used to eat a lot, than putting their finger deep in their throats they used to vomit it all, and I don't think they exceeded in weright as our western world is doing now.
In order to be assimilated, food must get to the guts. If vomited, that's from the stomach.
A very small amount of energy is absorbed by sub-lingual ( under tongue area), that doesn't count in getting so fat as we are.
