i already did downloaded it and now i dont know how to burn the cd either data disc or the bootable disc please help

You'll need software that will burn a disk image.
With Roxio Easy CD Creator, you can choose "Record CD from CD Image..." from the File menu. The dialog box will allow you to browse for the file. It will default to .cif files, so change it to .iso.
There is a free program that reportedly works. I have never used it, so I cannot vouch for it. If you try it and it works, let us know.
