Men -- a woman walks into a room. You do not know her... but you immediately think "she's absolutely beautiful." Now... what is it about her that makes you think that?

For me? I have a lot of looks a lady can have to be "beautiful". It's not just the "stone cold beauties" and talk about "frozen hearts".
Generally though, she has a soft smile (especially if she looks my way ;-D ). Those are the ones that I like and find "beautiful and very attractive".
If a woman walks into a room looking like a "healthy" supermodel (aka not the scarecrow pencil thin freaks) with a scowl on her face or a look that says "can't touch this", I generally don't give her a second look. She ain't worth my time.
Dressing like you should be out on the street charging for it doesn't make a woman look beautiful. It makes her look trashy and like she "wants" it now.
I go with the smile and the genuine expressions.

I think everbody has a certain 'mental picture' or 'fantasy' of what they consider the "perfect mate". ( No matter how subconscious it may be.) Sooooo, when this person happens to walk in or walk by, well, there she is!

Charisma ! some women just have that charm about them and then combined with a good "look" it drives men wild.

This may sound obvious but apperance perhaps. Boobs, hips, thighs, shoulders, and ***. Then the face and hair.
