Find a happy place. Think about yourself and do something that helps you stay relaxed. It works for me. I'm a nurse, youth Sunday School Teacher, and a Parent. I do things like massages, (girl you are worth it), and I call it me time. After I have my me time I can take on the world.

if u r not with any1 & get mad at something or some1, scream. as loud & as long as u want. cuss, 2, if that makes u feel better. don't worry bout the neighbors. ur not hurting any1. or sometimes, i buy cheap dishes at goodwill, and throw them at the wall!! u will have a mess, but u will feel better. screaming works 4 me.& sometimes after i'm done screaming, i start laughing. the neighbors hve gotten used 2 it, lol. good luck, & happy holidays.
