Mincing words: if you want to, then you have motivation. If you are not motivated, you don't really want to.
Make up your mind. Make a decision and have the discipline to stick with it. If you are not going to get fit, make it a decision. If you are going to get fit, make that the decision. It's just a matter of discipline. You do what you really want to do.

I agree with the previous answer. Find a gym or club that offers personal trainers so they can show you how to use the equipment and advise on diets & eating habits.Then settle on an activity that you enjoy so you'll keep doing it. Also vary your work out routine or use different machines ect. to keep it fresh.

just turn off ur computer and go for a walk everyday for 30 minutes. increase to 60 minutes with time. just that change will make u feel more motivated!

get a trainer or something that you go to a certain amount of times a week. then find an activity that you actually enjoy... also - watch your eating habits (not so much what you eat as how much you eat)... things like jenny craig and seattle sutton really work!! i've seen it!!
