Over this past year I have gone from past my knees to butt length hair (I did donate some to Locksof love). The shortest my hair has ever been after a cut was waist length.
I have to say, that right now butt length has been my favorite length. Waist length seemed too short, lol.

If it is healthy and relatively thick, I think super long hair is fantastic! I have seen some incredible hair that is knee or ankle length but I have also seen hair that length that is too thin and damaged. I think any hair beyond floor length is a bit too much to handle and it means it gets worn up most of the time so maybe that is a bit too long.

Some peoples hair stops growing after babies etc. I know a lady who's hair if she lets it down goes well onto the floor. She likes it and this is the way it has always been since I have known her.
You may notice after you get older it just doesn't come in the same. Mine has always been to my waist, then get it trimmed and after three kids it stops in the middle of my back, however it is still as thick as anything...I tell Mr. all the time I will give some thickness to him to hide his bold spot lol!
So love it now because it might not always be so easy to grow later...in some people.

Well, I envy you. Every time I go to get my hair trimmed, they take off way too much and leave me with shoulder length hair. However, I long to have my hair to the length of midway between my shoulders and butt. I think that looks sexy and beautiful and my husband will vouche (since he's commented about other womrn!).

I had mine down to mid-thigh. I liked it that length, but decided to donate it to locks of love. I'm now trying to grow it back, but I'm sure it will take quite some time!

Well I think butt length is to long for my taste but half way down you back would be ok....But that is just me LOL....

the longest i have ever had is waist length. Erm.. i think wot it is now is kinda too long.

i think that it is your hair and u should have it the length u want it and don't care what other people think, just make sure it is all healthy.good luck

i think but length is way to long. its never very attractive either. i would say mid belly. like paris hiltons extensions. thats as long as u should go.

i have very long hqair down to my knees and dont hink you shud cut it. long hair is great, so kep it long, you will only want it back once its gone

Just my opinion,but I like long hair that is about bra length any longer and I think it is to long.
