I am 15, she is 16, i like her and I know from her best friend and others that she likes me. So, How should I let her know that I like her and should I ask her on a date straight away (movies) or continue hanging out in a group?

hang out with her in a group...talk to her and see if she shows some interest in you. then ask her to see a movie.

u should first do a secret admirer thingy and make sure she knows u so she doesn't think ur a stalker and then u tell her to meet u somewhere or just wait until she finds out who u r.
