This girl that i have been trying to get to go back out with me is telling me that she loves me but is not ready for a relationship, and says that some day our roads may come back together, help a crazy guy out?

Yeah sorry bud, she just wants you gone as fast as possible but doesn't want to feel guilty about it, so she "says" she "loves" you so that you won't feel so bad.
She will likely be in another relationship in two week's time and then she will change her mind a bout that too and mess with some other poor bloke's heart.
She's not much good, find someone better.

well, if she really loved you, she'd be ready for a relationship I think.
It might depend how old you are. If you are in middle school it doesn't mean anything. If you really want her, go out with somebody else in the meantime. Then you can pick her up later.

She means that although she likes you, she just is not ready for something serious. You are probably rushing into things and sometimes it scares us women because men become so possessive. She trying to spare your feelings in the long-run.

aww, you poor guy. i'd say she means what she says. if she's mature and she's telling the truth she simply means that she loves you but she doesn't want to be pestered all the time with all the problems that come with relationships... or she could be immature and just want you to chase after her... hmmm - girls are weird. i try to remember that guys can't read minds... if i can't understand chicks i don't know how you will... It means you can go get another temporary girl to have sex with and practice on and then check back in with her to find out when she is ready.

ok it depends on if she beens hurt before or do she needs time to trust you if not, its not worth it, in other words she is telling you she want relations and not a relationship. so if you if you catch her doing something she is not suppose to, she could always say that we are not in a relationship. tell her you are looking for something more stable are you can wait its on you.

she probably means that she does not love you enough for a relationship, that is, let her go, find another one. It is a POLITE way to say that she does not want you as her boyfriend or whatever.
