Shouldn't the be in the Christmas boards? And yes. I do hate it. Though I didn't expect much this year I still hoped. My mom got me presents. Which was nice. (She's a real scrooge) But she usually does get me stuff.

yes that sucks, but i know how corny this sounds, but i really focus christmas on the gifts i GET for people and get much more excited and feel alot happier when i watch someone open gifts FROM me rather than for me. Just think of it that christmas isn't relaly a holiday meant for receiving, but for giving, how ever corny it sounds. =)

not sure if you are talking about emotions or presents. Either one we should never expect more than we can get. If you lower your expectations towards life it will be less painful, believe me. I try not to expect ANYTHING from ANYONE. It is hard, boy, very hard but we suffer less. Merry Christmas.
