Im starting to work out again, and I need to know what kinda stuff to eat to get in shape. Im in pretty good shape, working out is not a problem I hit the gym 5 days a week, but what I eat always kills me because I eat a lot of bad ****. lol So if you have any advice or know were i can get good advice il apriciate it.

Wow, five days a week, that's quite allot there. I hope some of that is aerobic as well. I'm assuming you have split routines working complimentary muscle groups. But enough of that, energy and muscle building appears to be what you are looking for. You need a certain amount of proteins to fats as well as carbohydrates for long term energy! Also a night time protein to take which keeps your body from cannibalizing itself. Keep the portions for food that you eat about the size of your palm, eat about six to seven times a day, you should have fish, chicken, turkey, lean beef, potato's, yams, brown rice, beans, green leafy vegetables, apples, grapes, nuts, etc , etc. Go to WWW.EAS.COM they have great ideas for sustaining muscle while working out.

I'd suggest checking out the Discovery Channel Health website- they have a whole section devoted to getting in shape, including a meal planner, calorie counter and some really good recipes.

I believe ediets.com is a good place. They match you based on questions you answer based on your lifestyle and you can post your progress and they can give you advice and information relevent to what you say.
