i am searching for renting a manufactured home. but i am confused if the monthly payment is seperated from the lot rent.
this manufactured home asked me for $749/month, but down the page it says Lot Rent: $394.

some places it is and others it is not. If you are purchaing the home it will have a payment. If you have it in a park the park will charge you lot rent. If you put it on your own property then you will have to make that payment unless you get both the land and home in one payment.

lot rent is completely separate than the house payment. The lot rent usually includes utilities though.
