Theres this girl at work i can't tell if she likes me or not?

She asked me if I wanted a ride home one day,cause I was taking the trolley home, and we talk a decent amount at work. How do I tell if shes really interested. And if she is how should I go about asking her out.

And i don't know if she has a boyfriend or not.

Ask her out for lunch one day at work. That's nothing fancy or romantic, it's casual and shows you like her, without implying anything too obvious.

Don't expect her to make all the efforts, you have to put yourself forward a little more too. She obviously does indeed like you, but it would be difficult on her if you are waiting for her to make all the moves. You're the man! try making some yourself, just keep it casual and non threatening at this stage.

Lunch is a very good place to start and again, keep it casual. Take her out for a coffee or something.

Dinner wouldn't be wise at this point ;) It's too intimate!

I'm sure she's interested, she just needs to get to know you better and vice versa.

While you two are talking, saying something to her to let you know wheather of not she has a man, know what I mean? If its the end of the day, tell her, "i know you have to get home to your man", something like that.....Mix it in with conversation, she will let you know if there is someone in her life.....If not, things are cool, you still have a chance.....

Just simply ask if she has new year eve plans, if not, go for it!!!!

but i have heard a smile is all ways a good start

Maybe once when youre talking tell her that her boyfriend is a pretty lucky guy. And thats how you find out if she's single. To find out if she's interested...thats harder. Idk ask one of her friends maybe?
