Look at the Old Testament, the History of Ancient Israel. Jews formulated much of modern Western Society and the world's religion, thoughts, and ideals. Minds like Maimonides, Abarbanel, Einstein, Weitzmann, Haber, Meitner were all Jewish. And though Jews make up a tiny population of less than one percent of the world, over 20% of Nobel Prize winners are Jewish. Jews have long excelled in the fields of religion, law, politics, and especially mathematics and science. Some of my best friends are Jewish and they are incredibly intelligent. What is the reason for this intelligence that is superior to other people? Is that why people hate them? For jealousy ?

Judaism is a way of life and one of a Jew's priorities is education. Jewish children go to religious school on Sunday (and sometimes more often) to learn a second language, Hebrew, in order to read the Bible in its original language by the age of 13. Reading is a family affair from day one. Wisdom is one of the highest principles taught in the Bible and it is something all Jews strive to achieve. "He that cannot reason is a fool; he that will not is a bigot; he that dare not is a slave."
Other cultures besides Judaism put a very high value on education. You will find Indians/Pakistanis at the top of the class wherever they reside in the world. Why are Indians so smart? They also put a very high value on education!

Minnesota, a state of about 5 million with about 42 thousand Jews(less than 1%), has had a Jewish senator for the past 20 years or so-, Boschwitz, Wellstone, Coleman.

They work hard, not to undermine Asians as well, its just they hadn't influenced Europe as much as Jews. Chinese invented paper! My father is was a Nuclear Scientist of the Pakistani Government, and they independently developed the enriched uranium for the nuclear fuel cycle using innovative methods. Think about it Pakistan a developing country only Islamic country which made its own nuclear bomb. So to say, its intelligence its more a cultural thing, in what environment you are raised and what priority is put on education, if you are a minority (such as me) we have to word even harder to make sure we can get those top jobs! And education is the way to get there. So I commend the Jewish people for their hardwork.

After all the years of dispersion and persecution Jewish parents have instilled in their children that education is one thing that no one can take away from you.. There is a definite cultural emphasis on education amongst jews and a desire by the parents for their children to accomplish greater things than they have..
When things are not "handed to you on a silver platter", there is a greater aspiration to rise up and "clear the bar"

They are the people who observe the Ten Commandments of the One True God longer than any other peoples. They are intelligent and virtuous, but their pride and self-righteousness may cause their fall. Followers of various religions better learn from each other and take a moderate attitude.

Never generalize. There are smart people in all religions, all races, all nations.
But yes, I agree there are some smart Jews. I don't hate Jews. LOL! I don't hate any religious group. But, yes, that can be a reason why some people "hate" them: jealousy!

religious jews ive met have a very strong faith, and strong faith (ive found) equals success.
I cannot speak for Albert Einstein; who sort of never embraced his heritage. However, some predictions he made about the future of science point to his consciousness of Judaism.

intelligence might have a factor, but I would say it has more to do with the high value of education in Jewish culture and as a result a strong work ethic.

1)For the past 2000 years, we tried to marry the smartest, and they had a lot of kids, while non-Jews took there smartest as priests, out of the gene pool
2) We value learning very highly; start learning from when we can talk and see it as a major goal.
