I have gained 2 kilograms in a day (about 4 pounds) on many occasions. I have been known to gain half a stone in a week as well. I have also lost a stone and half in a month.

I know I'm not healthy.

after all the buying of the food and preparation then the cooking i really don't enjoy the meal that much - and eat about the same portion that i would year round - but do take advantage of being able to drink knowing that I'm staying in and not driving anywhere

0 pounds. It takes me at least a week of lots of eating to gain a pound (high metabolism)

Depends on what it is that's on the table. This Christmas I totally OD'd on fat, salt, sugar and wine and I don't even want to think about the scale...but my clothes are tight.
