I read two prophetic statements in Bukhary [3645; 4120] about some people who challenged prophet Muhammed by asking if he knows if a new-born baby would look like his father or like his mother?

Prophet Muhammed said that if the father orgasm before the mother did, the baby would look like him, and vice versa.

Is this true? was this confirmed by our Genetic scientists? I thought inheritance depends on Genes rather than on who orgasm first?

First of all, muhammad was not a prophet. Muhammad was a criminal who robbed caravans to get the money to start his false religion proclaiming pagan moon god allah was the true God of the Bible. Muhammad even married a 6 year old girl named Ayesha when muhammad was 53.
If muhammad was right about the cause of a baby's appearance, then muhammad's dad was a camel that climaxed 3 or 4 times before muhammad's mother even knew he was there. Akbar the Camel !
And for all the muslims who blindly defend muhammad, what about test tube babies? I have yet to see one that looks like a glass vial...

In one of his enlightening sayings, the Prophet said: "If male dominates, it becomes a boy, or if female dominates, it becomes a girl."[3] The fact is that if the sperm with male set of chromosomes (XY) first arrives, manages to penetrate the membrane of the ovum and fertilize it, then it becomes a boy; but if the female set first arrives and does so, then it becomes a girl. Having some certain knowledge about the cause and determining agents of a future event, does not justify any claim to knowing the future in advance; to advance such a claim is sheer self-delusion.

2. THE GENDER DETERMINATION HADITH

According to embryology, the crucial event that determines whether the embryo will develop into a male or female occurs in the second half of the sixth week of gestation.

See for example: www.pbs.org

The Prophet Muhammad - upon him and his House blessings and peace - disclosed the exact same timeframe fourteen centuries ago.

Imam Muslim narrates from Hudhayfa that the Prophet said:

The sperm-and-ovum drop falls into the uterus [and remains] for forty nights, after which the angel in charge of fashioning it descends upon it and says, "Lord! Male or female?" Then Allah makes it male or female.

Another version from Hudhayfa in al-Bukhari and Muslim states:

The angel is sent to the sperm-and-ovum drop after it has settled in the uterus for FORTY OR FORTY-FIVE NIGHTS and says, "Lord! Is it to be wretched or happy?" Then this is inscribed. Then he says, "Lord! Is it to be male or female?" Then this is inscribed, together with its deeds, its progeny, its term of life, and its sustenance. Then the records are folded up and nothing more is added nor subtracted.

Prophet Muhammad's purpose in saying this is spiritual instead of physical - he meant simply that as a man and woman are together in the celebration of marriage the level of dedication to the act of procreation (making a child) would be blessed by God in such a way where the identity of the heir would most resemble the most involved in faith of life.

Suppose its the" little angel" that told him

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 6, Number 315
Narrated Anas bin Malik:

The Prophet said, "At every womb Allah appoints an angel who says, 'O Lord! A drop of semen, O Lord! A clot. O Lord! A little lump of flesh." Then if Allah wishes (to complete) its creation, the angel asks, (O Lord!) Will it be a male or female, a wretched or a blessed, and how much will his provision be? And what will his age be?' So all that is written while the child is still in the mother's womb."

So think of this your being watched while.....

How do you know this is not true? All we know is whether the male donates an X or Y chromosome that will determine the sex, but I am not aware of any research on if one orgasms first it will determine the sex, but how can you deny it?

Here the source for people wondering

[005:066] And if only they had acted according to the Taurât (Torah), the Injîl (Gospel), and what has (now) been sent down to them from their Lord (the Qur'ân), they would surely, have gotten provision from above them and from underneath their feet. There are from among them people who are on the right course (i.e. they act on the Revelation and believe in Prophet Muhammad [Peace Be Upon Him] as 'Abdullâh bin Salâm [May God be Pleased with Him]), but many of them do evil deeds.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Explanation of the verse

(V.5:66) Narrated Anas [May God be Pleased with Him]: When the news of the arrival of the Prophet [Peace Be Upon Him] at Al-Madinah reached 'Abdullâh bin Salâm, he went to him (i.e. the Prophet ) to ask him about certain things. He said, "I am going to ask you about three things which only a Prophet can answer: What is the first sign of the Hour? What is the first food which the people of Paradise will eat? Why does a child attract the similarity to his father or to his mother?" The Prophet [Peace Be Upon Him] replied, "Jibrâîl (Gabriel) has just now informed me of that." Ibn Salâm said, "He [i.e. Jibrâîl (Gabriel)] is the enemy of the Jews from amongst the angels." The Prophet [Peace Be Upon Him] said, "As for the first sign of the Hour, it will be a fire that will collect (or gather) the people from the east to the west. As for the first meal which the people of Paradise will eat, it will be the caudate (extra) lobe of the fish-liver. As for the child, if the man's discharge precedes the woman's discharge, the child attracts the similarity to the man, and if the woman's discharge precedes the man's, then the child attracts the similarity to the woman." On this, 'Abdullâh bin Salâm said, "I testify that Lâ ilâha illallah (none has the right to be worshipped but God) and that you are the Messenger of God", and added, "O God's Messenger! Jews make such lies as make one astonished, so please ask them about me before they know about my conversion to Islâm." The Jews came and the Prophet [Peace Be Upon Him] said, "What kind of man is 'Abdullâh bin Salâm among you?" They replied, "The best of us and the son of the best of us and the most superior among us, and the son of the most superior among us." The Prophet [Peace Be Upon Him] said, "What would you think if 'Abdullâh bin Salâm should embrace Islâm?" They said, "May God protect him from that." The Prophet [Peace Be Upon Him] repeated his question and they gave the same answer, then 'Abdullâh came out to them and said. "I testify that Lâ ilâha illallah (none has the right to be worshipped but God), and that Muhammad [Peace Be Upon Him] is the Messenger of God!" On this, the Jews said, "He is the most wicked among us and the son of the most wicked among us." So they degraded him. On this, he (i.e.'Abdullâh bin Salâm) said, "It is this that I was afraid of, O God's Messenger."
[Sahih Al-Bukhâri, 5/3938 (O.P.275)]

I'd say anyone who calls themselves a prophet has some confusion. Jesus never called himself divine, he just shared his beliefs.
