You can't. Stop driving, put it in park, and change then. It's a factory system with no override. If you want one that you can override, try looking into aftermarket nav systems.

For safety reasons, all navigation systems are disabled when the vehicle is out of park. You can't override it.

It's a safety feature installed in all Toyota/Lexus navigation systems. There is no way to override it. Toyota/Lexus doesn't want you to be distracted while your driving.

you may't. this is a secure practices precaution for all new autos. i could advise which you ask on a Infiniti communicate board and notice if all people has controlled to hack the Navi or can upload new firmware/kernels into your Navi. yet as for an elementary override, I doubt it.
