You may have anemia, but your symptoms are very general and it really could be anything, even hypothyroidism. However, if you do have anemia, it is easy to diagnose and may be easy to treat. Treatments depend on the type of anemia you have (as simple as taking iron pills to as complicated as blood transfusions and possibly cancer), but before I freak you out please get checked because at this moment it can be anything.

feeling weak and tired all the time, dizzy when you stand up. You need to see your dr. to find the cause. I was anemic after I had my kids, due to blood loss, and took iron supplements for a few months afterwards. It solved the problem. Not a quick fix, it takes several weeks to begin working.

Alright chica, Anemia is a loss of red blood cells. Which sucks because some in most cases what happens is you start feeling fatigued....tired, yes. Headaches, loss of appetite (earlier symptoms). Craving unusual foods, short of breath, difficult for you to concentrate, depressed, and dizziness.
You really need to catch up on your iron. (If you do have Amnemia). Red blood cells are vital in the respiratory process, and iron helps with it.
Hope I helped....

My mom was anemic. She was always tired and craved ice. She was pale a lot too. I would go to the doctor. They can test you for it.

anemia is a deficiency of iron in the body. you need iron as well as other vitamins and minerals to help keep you energized and healthy. eat iron rich foods such as red meat, or take a multivitamin/supplement...go to your doctor to get checked out, he can do the necessary blood work to determine what is making you so fatigued. until then try and get 8 hours of sleep each night and dont forget to eat smart and drink your water.

Donate blood. They will ask you questions before hand and prick your finger to get a tiny blood sample to see if you have enough iron. If you don't have enough iron you can't donate. Low iron is what makes you anemic.
And hey, if you don't have low iron and can donate blood you can help save a life. One blood donation can same up to three lives.

The more one sleeps, the more one gets tired. This is basic. Try doing some exercises to perk you up. Leave the comfy of your home so that you won't be tempted to sleep-in that much!

Tired and weak. There are other causes, though, but you maybe should have your hemoglobin checked.
