IF you asked how would the day after tomorrow be if it was the day before than you'd be in the middle of the two days.
I don't see how it could mean anything about relationships. Just an ever pondered question and philosophical puzzle.

Today is tuesday. Day after 2 morrow is is thursday. the day before is wednesday. the day before the day after 2morrow (thursday) is 2morrow (wednesday). It should be called 2morrow. except if you're talking 'bout something else.
