Who is believed to have lived first, Lao-Tse or the Buddha?

They would have been near contempories. However it is believed Lao-Tzu died in 520 (making him born in the 400's (5th century)) and Siddhartha Gautama (Bhudda) was not born until the 6th century.

Lao Tse is before Gotama Buddha.

May be Lord Buddha came later on earth but these Jesus like Saints are everywhere all of the time.
