It gives me an error when I try to open Itunes. I tried reinstalling, restarting pc, nothing helps... I use zone alarm, i dont think thats problem though. Please help...

All it says in error is iTunes has encountered an error and needs to be closed.

This normally occurs when there is a problem with the software. Unisntall iTunes from the add or remove programs menu in the Control Pannel. (Click start, control pannel, add or remove programs, wait for the list to load, highlight iTunes, click the add/remove button, folow the steps to removal. Go to www.itunes.com and download iTunes 7 from the website. Try using iTunes again, it the persists contact apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE. Hope this helps, Brodster

i am not to sure about this but try completly deleting it then turn off your computer then turn it back on after a bit if this does not work call apple or talk to a store co worker that sells ipods .

Check to make sure you don't have an old file hidden some where. Go to your search and search and see.
