You can't. But you can buy the Acrobat Adobe product, then change it.

OR, you can use the free software that converts pdf files to Word Documents. Just look for Free PDF Converter 1.1

No, you need a different Adobe product that costs money to access a pdf and change it. The reader is given away so lots of people will look at pdf''s making it attractive to publishers who will buy the programs to make them. And then you may not be able to take someone else's pdf and modify it, a security issue I have not checked on.
