Do nothing.
Dont try to make the dog sick and dont panic and call for a vet.

Chocolate IS poisonous to a dog but it would take about 1/4 the dogs bodyweight to cause any problems.

My idiotic welsh collie has treated herself to quite a bit of the kids chocolate and had no ill effects.

Just keep an eye on her to be sure and make sure fresh water is available

I had a similar problem. My stupid self left for the holiday and left my puppy(Shepard & husky mix) in the bathroom so if he had an accident I could clean it up. Plus he is a very descructive puppy when left alone. And I forgot that I had a wicker basket on the back of my toliet for decoration and it had some old chocolate in it that someone gave to my fiance last year for Christmas. And when I came home tonight I seen he had ate the chocolate. I know you all think I am soooooo stupid as well as I do. But I did call my mom on the phone and told her. She called the vet who has taken care of all her dogs in the past 15 years and he said.......... that if it is cooking chocolate that is where you have to worry. Because if they have 2 doses of it then that may kill them. 1 dose is 1 time of eating it. BUT if it is regular chocolate that we eat (white, milk, or dark) then it may give them the squirts but they will be okay. Just make sure that the dog gets plenty of water. And also..... if she has the runs too long then cook about a 1/2 to a whole pound of hamburger and rice and feed it to her and she will clear right up. But I am going to let me dog have the runs for a day or 2 so he can get all the chocolate out of him.

Since she is a small dog, she may very well be at risk. Dark chocolate is the WORST for dogs, since it's the richest flavour.
Take her to a vet as soon as possible. If not, phone them or someone else who'll know what to do.
You must help her immediately - she could die.

By the way, anyone who feeds chocolate regularly to their dogs - I wouldn't.

They'll gain weight seeing as choc is really fatty - probably even more to dogs than us humans, espesh if they have a low metabolism. They may even get obese and this will cause further problems. It's not funny - I've seen it on TV programmes.
I suppose it's alright to give a small piece once in a while (if you like to do that sort of thing) - as long as it's only small and once in a while is less than once/twice a month.

But seriously... cut on the choc, people, before you lose your loved pets. You don't want to do THAT, do you? Or do you?

Your dog will not die, it may just have a bad belly. Take her for a walk to eat some grass and make sure she has lots of water available. Eventually she will either throw up or go to the toilet. Keep an aye on her. if you are really that concerned about her behaviour call an emergency vet or rspca helpline for advice.

Try not to worry about your to much give it alot of water so it can yurin and get the chocolate out of your dog or try to make it throw up. And tommaro take your dog to the vet and see what they say.

well i think it mainly affects boxer dogs as far as i remember (dont quote me on that), some dont react at all (most love it, most will eat anything lol) but just keep an eye on it and call a vet if you think its having trouble. what type of dog? Mines a spaniel and she's ok.

Not sure if that amount is dangerous, but you may not want to take a chance. You must make the dog vomit immediately then give it charcoal. See link for instructions.
