Is there such a thing as "Post" Christmas? What's the point, I mean every year its the same thing. We make a "new year resolution" to lose all the weight we gained on Turkey day and Christmas.
Why work out for eleven months, just to gain it all back in less than two?
I say if you have trouble with weight, DON'T EAT ALL THAT CRAP TO BEGIN WITH.
Just a theory I've been working on......... :)

Eat moderately for the next couple of weeks and exercise regularly, atleast 15-20 minutes of exercises. For your information, you should have eat moderately even at celebrations. Is not healthy to binge more than your stomach can take.
