so im making flan and i used 2 boxes so should i use double the amount of milk?

Use the amount of milk called for on each box, 2 boxes, 2 amounts of milk.

i had the exact problem! use a little bit less milk, about 1/4 cup less. and make sure it comes to a boil (i mean it, mine didn't set just because it didn't come to a boil)
