i know that the feds and state are building a case against me they had a search warrant for my home, took my computers, and other stuff. I'm just wondering if they have the right to monitor my cell phone communications. Anyone know? Thanks

any phone can be tapped believe me i know this for a fact they arrested 15 people in texas with just cell phone tapes by the feds so yes never say anything that can be used just like your computer they can go back and get anything off it when you think you have erased it and your cell phone is the same way so always be careful

Yes, cell phone can be tapped on permission of concerned authorities. As there was a search warrant against you they must be doing this. Be alert. Happy New year.

Yes.... Cell phones are easy to monitor, and track. They can tell basiclly where you are by cell phone towers too!

If they have a warrant they can use triangulation to find you location and tap your cell phone. But you got nothing to worry about if you havent done anything illegal. Or have you?

They don't need to triangulate you, with a warrant they can pinpoint your location with the "emergency dial 911" feature!
